January 2015 Newsletter~Austin and the Highland Lakes
GENERAL NEWS & INFORMATION/PARAGON PROPERTY GROUP
Happy 2015! We are looking forward to an awesome year and we hope that you are too.
The real estate market in the Austin and Highland Lakes areas is expected to be as active this year as it was in 2014. Over 60,000 new residents came to live in Austin last year, so our area is definitely in growth mode. The Scott & White hospital is anticipated to open in Marble Falls in late summer this year, also bringing growth to the Highland Lakes area. Overall, interest rates remain extremely low. The general concensus is that they will start to creep upwards a little bit by year end, but will still stay competitive and offer home buyers exceptional buying power.
Give us a call if you are thinking of buying or selling and we'll be happy to assist you here in Central Texas, or we can refer you to an excellent agent with one of our network partners throughout the United States. Remember, there are excellent home buying and selling programs for military members and veterans, educators, first responders, medical personnel and first time homebuyers. We offer special programs for move-up buyers as well - we can help you sell your current home and find you a new home, too.
We wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous 2015!
“All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” — Walt Disney
