To be located near Dillard's, two new themed establishments from the same company will be opening by December:

Guy Harvey's Tropical Island Grill will feature works from Harvey himself and a fish centered menu.

Wyland's Ocean Blue is a combo lounge, upscale restaurant and art gallery featuring Wyland's highly recognizable ocean art and a surf and turf style menu.
