Local real estate experts spoke during a 2010 housing forecast Wednesday and indicate that the home market in Austin has neared stabilization and could begin to rebound this year.
Some segments of our market already continue to do well, especially in the lower price points and in certain coveted neighborhoods and locations.
It's still a great time to buy...interest rates are low and there are always good deals to be had. Remember, location, location, location....and Austin has it!
