This is a great time to visit our area and take advantage of all theHill Country has to offer.   It's also a great time to look at property if you are thinking of moving here.  Inventories are somewhat low, but there are generally fewer lookers, so you may have less competition if you make an offer.  We'll be happy to set you up on an automatic listing search so you receive any new properties as they come on the market or are reduced so you don't miss any opportunties.
January will start the beginning of many new property listingscoming on the market, so contact us if you would like aComplimentary Market Analysis of your home or other property.  It's a great time to start getting your property ready if you thinking of listing - touch up paintwork, yard work, decluttering.   We'll be happy to visit your home and let you know what you may want to do to position your home for the maximum price and least amount of time on the market.  We can help you with staging your home for the best photos.   After all, over 90% of all buyers start their search on the internet so photos are vital to getting buyers into the door.  It's the key to selling your home quickly and for the highest price.
We'd like to thank you all for your continued support and confidence in helping you with all of your real estate needs.  We are grateful for the opportunities you bring our way including referrals to friends, family and colleagues.  We always like to hear about your experience with our Team, so please let us know what you think ~ we would love to hear about your PPG experience.
